Our distillery stands in the fragrant silence of the Paraguayan countryside, where the earth smells of ripe fruit and the sun gently caresses the fields: a temple of copper, patience, and passion.
Here, we distill the treasures of the region with love and absolute tranquility. Golden mangoes, juicy guavas, passion fruit, sweet bananas, bright lemons, mandarins, oranges, grapefruits, herbs....
Here, distilling means not only producing, but also appreciating. And if you listen closely, you can hear the voice of the earth from which each drop originated.
Mandí’ẽ – The first Paraguayan Yucca Vodka
Mandí’ẽ is a double-distilled cassava spirit at 40% ABV, crafted from one of Paraguay’s most iconic crops. Cassava is more than food here – it is a national symbol and part of everyday life.
Thanks to careful fermentation and two distillation runs, Mandí’ẽ reveals a remarkably smooth and clean character. Mild, balanced, and elegant, with a gentle natural flavor.

Mango Brandy

This delicious Mango Brandy is the diamond of our destillery.
Made from sun-ripened, juicy mangoes sourced from producers offering the highest organic quality. Fermented with select wine yeast at a constant temperature of 18 degrees Celsius, then distilled twice with artisanal precision.
The alcohol in this fine mango brandy is produced exclusively from the fruit sugar naturally contained in the fruit.
La Sabia – a herbal spirit shaped by the wisdom of Paraguayan nature
The name La Sabia, meaning “the wise one”, is crafted from carefully selected native Paraguayan herbs, drawing on generations of traditional knowledge and deep respect for the power of local plants.

Guayaba Brandy
The fruity soul of Paraguay
With its powerful character and unmistakable fruit intensity, this guava distillate reflects the profound Paraguayan soul: sweetness, resilience, and authenticity.
This schnapps, made from organic guavas sourced from local producers, has an alcohol content of 42.5% and is produced using a unique artisanal process. The fruit is slowly macerated in a controlled environment, constantly cooled to 18°C, so that all the natural flavors are preserved.
